These Terms and Conditions govern the use of KeiroSearch ("Platform", "Service").

KeiroSearch is owned and operated by ProHub Group Ltd ("ProHub Group", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using KeiroSearch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

KeiroSearch provides tools designed to assist users with:

• Job listing analysis
• CV and resume reviews
• Recruiter and employer credibility assessments
• AI-powered recommendations
• Career-related insights and guidance

KeiroSearch is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, legal advisor, or financial advisor.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

You agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Updating your information where necessary

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans, pricing, quotas, and allowances are displayed on the KeiroSearch pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

KeiroSearch does not store full payment card details.

Users authorise recurring payments where applicable.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension of premium features.

KeiroSearch uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate:

• Trust assessments
• CV analysis
• Job posting reviews
• Recruiter credibility indicators
• Career recommendations

These outputs are informational only. KeiroSearch does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Interviews
• Job offers
• Salary outcomes
• Recruiter legitimacy
• Employer legitimacy

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and due diligence.

Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to the Platform. This includes:

• CVs
• Resumes
• Cover letters
• Job descriptions
• Supporting documents

By uploading content, you grant KeiroSearch a limited licence to process and analyse that content for the purpose of providing services.

Users must not:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
• Abuse system resources
• Impersonate another individual
• Interfere with Platform operations

All Platform software, branding, content, reports, algorithms, trademarks, designs, and systems remain the property of ProHub Group Ltd unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProHub Group Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Employment outcomes
• Hiring decisions
• Missed opportunities
• Loss of earnings
• Third-party fraud
• Indirect or consequential losses

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to KeiroSearch.

Services may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
